Unreliable online store

I ordered 2 pairs of school shoes on 29th of December 2024 up until today still waiting. I have sent an email to them to check how long I have to wait for the order to be delivered but no reply from them. I called their landline was on hold for more than 30 mins when I was first in line was told to leave a msg call cut. Contacted Toughees Via Facebook no response. Is Toughees online a **** or what?
