Unhappy mother who bought poor quality toughees school shoes

I bought toughees shoes for both my daughters 4 month ago at Roodepoort pep store but the quality of the shoes are terrible and same happened last year they just looks as new on the top but the bottoms tear up terribly. I went to the shop to complain and they told me I should bring proof of purchase like really who keeps receipts for more than three months? I wrote an email to toughees and I was told to send pictures and send proof of payment. I send pictures and I told them I don’t have the receipt anymore and they just left the matter just like that. For heaven’s sake I have send pictures of both pairs what more proof does the toughees company wand ? The proof is in their terrible quality of shoes.
