Undelivered School Shoes

I ordered 2 pairs of school shoes on 17 November 2024, received payment confirmation email but to this day no shoes have been delivered nor any update as to why I haven't received the shoes. Contacted Toughees Via Facebook and was promised that the matter will be escalated but still nothing.
