Toughees.co.za

I bought a pair of shoes {size 7} on the Toughees.co.za website on the 16 December 2021. A couple of days later they were delivered but were tiny as if for pre-schoolers. So I sent an email to Toughees and they responded on the 24th December that they were going to collect and I can re-order but that has not happened till today - 6th January 2022. I sent an email yesterday morning but no response. I am very disappointed.
