Toughees the worst brand

I bought a pair of toughees in January 2018 at Edgars Platinum brand with 6 months guarantee. Now 5 months down the line the shoes are open from the front the glue has loosened out. I tried to contact the manufactures - Futura Footwear in Durban several times but each time i call the receptionist tells me there is no one to assist me at the Customer Service Centre. I am disappointed with the poor quality of Platinum Toughees at that high price. For consumer safety Futura Footwear please remove the guarantee label and stop fooling us your customers.
