Toughees Return/Exchange

This review is specifically about the return/exchange process. I bought 2 pairs of Toughees school shoes online towards the end of November. One pair is too small and I want to exchange it. I’ve emailed them and called but no response yet. It’s been over two weeks since I received the order.
