Toughees online is pathetic

We ordered toughees online on the 29th of December 2024 up until today still waiting.Called their landline was on hold for more than 30mins until l gave up.Schools are opening next week so what must our kids wear?Their online service is very very poor l would even rate it -0,no communication whatsoever from them.very unproffesional and pathetic!
