Terrible Service

Greetings, I'm not happy with the service from Toughees, so I ordered the school shoes online on the 27th of December 2023 and they responded by saying that my order will be delivered on 5th of January 2024. That's went well like they promised. When my daughter tried on the shoes they were a bit big, so I logged an exchange ticket online. No one contacted me and I thought I should call them maybe they'll speed up the process, to my surprise Happiness promised to get back to me with the feedback regarding the shoe collection but she didn't. Nomfundo Nyawose sent an email saying she's aware of the situation but she's on leave until the 20th of January, mind you the schools open on the 17th of Jan. Even sent Raymond Zibani an email but he decided to ignore my email.

What do I do with the shoes because Happiness said I need to wait for someone to come collect the shoes. As for the Live chat, dear me. What joke it is because I'm chatting to myself. I'm still waiting
