SPAR - Toughees school shoes

SPAR ran a promotion a while back where if you spent a certain amount you qualified for a pair of school shoes ... I have 2 kids and I was GIFTED 3 pairs, now my son is to start Gr. 1 and Im not 100% sure if the shoes will fit NEXT YEAR so i asked if it would be possible to exchange for a pair that might fit .... BELOW EMAIL IS THE RRESPINSE I GOT

Hi Charmaine, Those shoes were made Especially for Spar for their promotion last year. Unfortunately we will not be able to exchange as all stocks were sent to their DC’s. You may query with the Spar store where those shoes were purchased.

In what world will the PSAR be able to help me AFTER I CLEARLY STATED I was GIFTED 3 pairs .... How am I supposed to know what DC means or is, am I supposed to just KNOW ????
