School shoes

So on the 7th of January I placed an online order with toughees for my sons school shoes, till today I haven't received them. I have been sending them endless messages but still no action taken, I do not know if my query/order is less important to them because they have a lot of customers or what.

Wednesday schools are reopening and my son does not have school shoes, tomorrow is Tuesday, when I call them they go back and forth no straight answer. As it is I do not know what to do. I used pay just now to buy the shoes because I don't have money to buy them cash. I'm a single parent that's trying by all means to do right for her kids so if I get such treatment I do not understand.

This is so frustrating honestly. Their delivery policy said 3 - 7days today is the 8th day, and their last commutation was that they will deliver my order over the past weekend today is Monday, when I call they tell me stories, even worse their dispatch wearhouse is not responding to my calls and messages. Honestly I'm so stressed I don't even know where to begin. Toughees really disappointed me.
