School shoes

<p>Good day. I bought school shoe in January for my daughter in Gr1 by MG school wear with the velcro toughees. She didn't wear them in the summer. So when she wear them in the winter the velcro came of from the shoe. I email them but didn't hear anything back. What must I do now. Bianca </p>
