Query order #15062

I have been waiting for my order which I placed on the 3rd of January 2024. According to their responses on social media regarding the period it takes for orders it says 2 to 7 days mine today is on day 6 and so far no shipping details available. This is the longest I have waited for any online orders and I do not appreciate it. I'm not happy with their service and sure will not buy from them again. I'm begging to suspect a **** on a serious note.
