Quality of product

Hi,

I can't tell you how many Boys' Toughees school pants I've had to return due to bad quality; torn on the seams between the legs and even on the buttocks. It's insane! I grew up with Toughees; it's supposed to stay with the name it's had for decades! And it's not because the pants are too small. My son is 6 years old and we buy 7 to 8, so it's a little bigger if he should grow faster than expected. He wore them once or twice! And then to top it all off; I've struggled so much to get that particular size and the one smaller is too small and the one bigger is too big. What on earth! Toughees pants were the first I chose because I've known the name since I've been at school. Now I'm just totally disappointed. And Ackermans doesn't respond to the mail I sent, which makes it even worse.
