Poor service from PEP stores and Toughees Shoes.

I am very disappointed in the Toughees shoes, I bought a pair of size 7 adult ones for my son in January (22/01/24) from PEP stores in Roseneath, and the shoes were already starting to tear and open up in the front before the end of term 1. So in less than 3 months I was forced to buy a new pair. Unfortunately because I didn’t keep the receipt safe, no one has been able to assist me with an exchange. Highly disappointed ☹️
