Poor service delivery

I have bought 2 pairs of school shoes for my biy on the 20th of December 2024 the shoes got delivered on the 31st at 18:35 the one pair was small I immediately logged a return on the 1st yes it was a holiday they emailed me saying they will respond within 2 business up until today no response I have been calling I'm on the line caller number 7 when I get to 1 calls get dropped sending emails no response live chat nothing
