POOR SERVICE

I bought a shoe for my daughter online from toughees and the size was too small then I went to their website to exchange, I sent a request on November 30, 2023 I have not received a response, I've been on their live chat but I'm talking to myself no response and I also tried to call them no one is answering . This is my first time buying from them and I experienced bad service. Their service is so bad how can they ignore their customers request. I am very disappointed. I always shop online and I never experience such bad service. When I checked the correct size on their web a size 4 was available but now when I check it is out of stock and their exchange policy is " (3.3. If you discover a sizing issue within seven (7) days of receipt of your purchase with the Item(s) and wish to return the Item(s) for the correct size, you must". I'm so frustrated because it's been 3 days now with no response from them.
