Poor Quality – Very Disappointed

I bought the Power X Toughees Younger Kids Velcro Sneakers – White (Size 13) on 16 September 2025 from the official Toughees website, and I’m really disappointed with the quality.

After just a short time, the shoes started peeling off and developing cracks — completely unacceptable for a brand that’s supposed to be known for durability. My child barely wore them for a few weeks before they started falling apart.

I expected much better from Toughees. I’ve requested a refund or replacement, but honestly, the quality is not what it used to be. Definitely not worth the price.
