POOR QUALITY!!! DAMAGED AFTER ONLY 3 MONTHS OF USE.

I'm writing to express my disappointment with a pair of White Toughees training shoes I bought about 3 months ago for my daughter. She wears the shoes twice a week yet they are showing significant damage already. The shoes have started cracking and splitting around the sides and sole. Considering that Toughees is known and trusted for producing durable school shoes, I find this level of deterioration after such a short period of use unacceptable. I'd appreciate it if you could investigate this matter and advise me on what can be done, whether through a replacement, refund or another appropriate solution.
