Poor quality and no comfortability

I bought back school shoes for my daughter late last year and she been complaining about her heels being sore after wearing the shoes. I then checked what could be wrong with the shoes only to find that the shoes innersoles are none existent. The poor child has been suffuring from the uncomfortability of the shoes that are supposed to be comfortable and of good quality. So dissapointed, the shoes are not cheap.
