Order #31221

I ordered school shoes on the 30 December 2024 using Pay just App, and haven't received not even dispatch email to say my order has been attended to, I have sent 3 emails to them to check how long I have to wait for the order to be delivered but no reply from them, schools are opening next week at least if they can't deliver I need my refund back so I can go and buy somewhere.
