Online faulty footwear

Bought toughees shoes online in May. Was excited because they were cheaper online compared to retail stores. To my dismay, hardly 5 months the shoes were tor. I emailed my quiery to Minenhle Gumede the photo of the state of the shoe and online purchase proof and invoice, whereby later in the week I was cc'ed to Nomfundo Nyawose and Yershin Archery. I have not heard a word or any form of communication from Toughees. I had to pay a shoe repairer to mend the shoe in order for my kid to have shoes for school
