Low end quality and bad service

Worst experience from the brand that supplies to a wide range of shops across the country. I thought ordering straight from the brand itself would minimise low end quality products and enhanced quality customer satisfaction but well I l shocked myself..After 2 months of buying their shoes from the website,the pair’s soles were ripped into halves each. I then sent them an email with a video trying to emphasise this…but I had no response from the team. If you can’t provide quality products, at the least be there to answer for your product. I seriously need a refund here!!
