I am very disappointed

I ordered shoes and they delivered the wrong shoes a day before schools open, now my child does not have shoes to go to school and the exchange process is lengthy and slow. I need shoes as in yesterday and the reason I bought online was because non of your stockings have the type of shoe I ordered
