Failed delivery

I bought 2 pairs of school shoes and 2 backpacks on the 24th of December 2024 even today I havent got my order on 6th scheduled the delivery and canceled it yesterday they scheduled another delivery yesterday I even to sleep they say the delivery on the way till today they haven't said anything
