DO NOT BUY FROM TOUGHEES WEBSITE

I am extremely upset with Toughees. Ordered my child shoes on the 28th Oct 2022 and they were delivered same day which was great. Realized that the size i ordered was incorrect then proceeded to let the time know. sent emails on the website and one one acknowledges my messges, a month later a Lady by the name Nomfundo Nyawose claims she cant get hold of me on my cellphone and then let her know that all she needs to do is exchange the size to a 1 or 13 on email. then she claims the courier cant find my address HOW? They were able to deliver first time? provided my work address and still nothing. Provided my work number and guess what nothing. 5TH Dec they send a courier company to come collect the incorrect size shoe then I proceeded to ask how is that possible they would collect without delivery of the correct size? ask the gentlemen what would be my proof then, I took a picture of the collection waybill with all my details on it, called to ask what is happening didnt find Nomfundo and spoke to Yershin and he said the lady is not in and he will leave a message for her to call back.( 5th Dec 2022). 8th Dec still nothing from these people, no email no refund no follow up. Sent an email again only to receive an out office for Yershin, letting them know that I am enough and no longer require the shoes, I insisted on a refund urgently. 9th DEC Follow up email to escalate this and guess what, nothing no response for Toughees.

Today is 13th Dec as I write this review.
