Disgusting customer service from Toughees head office

Bought a shoe on Toughees online site in January and by February the sole of the shoe pelled off. My daughter is not at all heavy on shoes and when I emailed them I received an email a month later asking for images which I sent and as at end April still no response despite numerous follow up emails. Individuals cc'd on the email from their offices are Nomfundo, Yershin and Ahmed. Absolutely angry beyond belief as my child no has to go to school with takkies until either get a replacement which I am due, due to their quality policy but also have to buy a new pair!
