Disappointing Experience with Toughees School Shoes

I recently purchased a pair of Toughees school shoes for my son, expecting a durable and long-lasting product. Unfortunately, the metal ring broke after only three months of use, despite proper care and wear. What's even more disappointing is Toughees refuse to honor their guarantee promise.

As a parent, I expect a product to function as intended, especially within the guarantee period. Toughees lack of accountability and uncooperative customer service has left a sour taste. The shoes may be marketed as "tough," but my experience suggests otherwise.
