Damaged shoes from Toughees

Hi.. I bought brown toughees for the girls size 10 on the 27 Dec 2024. When the schools open on the 15 Jan the child came back with right shoe cracked n I thought maybe she played with stones bt at the end of that week the shoe was completely destroyed the whole shoe was cracked n I went to the store wher I bought it Pinetown Bazaar they said they won’t be able to changed it cs I no longer have the box and slip bt I did show them the bank transaction still they refused.. my sister sent Toughees an email they also said we must have a box n returned it at store since they have 6 months guarantee. My question is how can they not help while they see the shoes is from Toughees n bank transaction is here.. I throw the box and slip bcs I didn’t see the need for keeping it since I trusted the brand. Please help me Im stressed
