I sent my son to Pep store in Tembisa to purchased a pair of toughees school for himself on or about April 2025, the pair was big and we returned it at Pep in Joburg cnr Joubert, last month I noticed that the shoe is torn went to the store and I was requested to furnish them with the receipt of which I did not keep after exchanging the shoes, I'm unable to get the complaint resolved as Pep store is not willing to assist without a receipt and at this point I can only complaint to the manufacture of the shoes.
