Purchase an order online on the 19 December 2023, the parcel was delivered on the 28 Jan 2024. The parcel was incorrect, incorrect size was delivered size 6 adults instead of size 6 for kids. I logged a return on their and the parcel was collected and i have selected a refund due the service i have received. Since then, i have not received any update about my refund(R400), made several follow ups but there is no response from the company.
