apple watch ****

I have purchased a Apple Watch on the 15/06/2015. After numerous emails and promises i got a email saying that I must fill in a refund form and send it to 1byte. Again after numerous emails i cant get any answers from them that they received the form and none of the previous phone numbers work anymore.
