Apple watch paid for but not supp****

I purchased a Apple watch online from touchstore I byte pty ltd on the 23/05/15. The supplier sent me a email about a month later that there is a delay in the shipment. After trying to get hold of them for about two weeks I finally got a response from Adam Hardman saying that the shipment was in customs and would be delivered to my address the following Tuesday. This has never happened and I have tried to contact them via emails and telephonically with no response.
