Apple watch order

Ordered a watch. Got delivery date. Batch received but my order not yet. Then asked for my bank details to refund. Completed the refund form and sent to 1byte mother company as requested. No correspondence from them on numerous requests asking to confirm receipt of refund form. Order was placed in April and we are now in September ??? Unacceptable!!!!
