Apple watch not delivered

I ordered an apple watch from Touch Store (website: [URL Removed] a division of a company called 1Byte(Pty)Ltd, about 3-4 weeks ago. After countless failed attempts to try and get hold of them, a gentleman by the name of Adam Hardman responded by email and promised delivery of the watch during the course of last week. Needless to say, that did not happen. Can anyone shed some light on this company? They list their address as Millenium Business park, Edison Way, Century City, Cape Town. I see there are at least 3 other similar complaints on this supplier.
