Dishonest, Arrogant and Disgusting Contractor

We contracted with Touchstone Homes to build a house from the 1st of October 2014 with completion date of 30th April 2015. The practical completion was then extended to 31st of July 2015 and still the house is a shell. No windows have been installed, roof is incomplete, shady workmanship.<br> <br> During the build he has delayed the project and promised to catch up but up to date he cannot provide project timelines and quantify the delays. He has stopped attending site meetings sending his Supervisor.<br> <br> He has not paid many of the sub-contractors who are unable to deliver, hence delaying the project further<br> <br> The service we are receiving from Touchstone is most unsatisfactory and unprofessional and would not recommend to anyone.
