Touchdown Group lack of service

We bought 2 holiday weeks at Dunkeld Country Estate through the Touchdown Group. What a mistake!!! This was the beginning of endless frustration with the useless service from the Touchdown Group. They do not answer phone calls or email correspondence. They seem to have a huge personnel turnover as one never corresponds with the same person twice. The latest issue is that their mailbox is full and emails cannot be delivered. Is this a ****?
