Not recommending touchdown to any one

In 2016 I received a call from the agent called Willem who invited me to seasons in Harteebes.He explained to me what touchdown group does and I asked lot of questions.Happy with what he said i signed up with the touchdown group only to find out when time goes by that the information he told me was a ****.Now i want to sell the holiday share and touchdown is telling me that they cannot help me with the selling as they are busy selling theirs ( this is almost 2 years saying that) and this is not what Willem told me when I bought.He said whenever i want to sell touchdown will be there to assist me. The FRUSTRATING part of it is the agent Willem contact no and email address are no longer working and when I call touchdown group they refuse to help me so besically Im stuck with this. I even tried to ask them to assist me with the people who can assist me in selling my holiday share they said NO.
