Horrible service and people.

One Star is too much for this sorry excuse of a hospitality group. Their customer service and care is non existent. They are quick to take your money but refuse to refund even though they promised that they would (in writing nonetheless). Do NOT be ****med into booking with them. Once they take your money that is the last of it. It is impossible to get a hold of anyone and there are no direct lines. Worse company I have dealt with in my life. How do they keep other peoples money knowing that it is not theirs!?? You should feel ashamed of yourself Touchdown group!
