Have been messed around for 3 years on my half a million investment

To invest with this group isn't necessarily bad (because they are lovely resorts)- UNTIL you need something from them. The communication is SHOCKING. I have been trying to buy and then sell my property there for 3 years. over R500k worth of investment. they are dragging their feet by constantly rescheduling appointments and not answering the calls or the person promises a callback and doesn't. When I constantly ask for feedback everything seems like it is 'just about to be finalised' and then some other red tape creeps up. I can't wait for this nightmare to be over and only the Lord knows how much it is going to cost me in legal fees to finally fight this to get resolution.
