I am timeshare owner of Touchdown Group and agree with all the 1* reviews posted on hellopeter. Their service stinks!! I needed assistance with a booking for accommodation for the August school holidays and got shouted at by one of the administrators. Tried to speak to a supervisor/manager to no avail. I was given a contact number to call in order to put in my complaint; to my surprise, this number was for the Tintswalo Properties!! I curse the day I decided to entertain the salesperson who sold this product.
