Refund due

I've been buying from touch wood primrose before they moved to Kensington, the was an old gentleman at the store Bassie if I'm not mistaken whom I heard never moved after the closure of the branch.... I had credit of about R650.00 due to me as the other morning I wanted to buy a rug which he did bit realise was sold until the other staff got it as I had already paid for it and needed to pick it up later I was then informed.

I thought no problem I'll probably get something ,which till today I still haven't but have been in contact with the store for a refund as they now moved,its going for 3months now the guy there always says "I've told my manager she's not around but will call you, I've send banking details refund request on WhatsApp which was read and not responded to) I'm not happy with how they giving me the rub around and same answer with no refund.

Please pay back my money.
