Touch of Hope is not honest

I did the 72 page website for Touch of Hope out of my heart and charged a minimum fee of R3000. After 3years I’m still battling to get my money from Elmarie Pretoruis the owner. I tried to sort the situation amicably but then she stats calling me names and threatens me. The outstanding amount is still R1200.
