Pam Corker.... Because you choose not to be on social media, this was my only platform to expose your lack of 'professionalism'

I had to hear how people is always impressed with your work.... And as a result I had to find out the hard way that you were really not the best option.

For one, we had to battle for tasters... You a caterer I've never eaten from! Why was our request for tasters such an issue??! Secondly, and the most frustrating, was that I was the bride and even though I reiterated it was my day and I wanted things a certain way, you always re**** of your own opinions because of your 'experience'... The stress leading up to the wedding was mainly caused by you. You hardly took my views into account.... After amending our quote, you continued to work off the first quote and tried to get more money than our agreed quote... Your lack of competence resulted in me having to repeat myself over and over again. I had to go as far as taking my own notes because you failed to do even that.

Then to top it off, you were 2 hours late with our reception... This caused a huge inconvenience for our guest and our times with our photographer. Despite causing a blunder, you failed to take ownership or apologize.

Pam had later proved herself to be even less professional when she refused to speak to my husband regarding the mishap. Instead she dropped the phone in his ear and blocked him... Then blocked me too.

Id never refer Pam to anybody, ever! Being a caterer does not just mean you need to deliver on food .... You need to deliver service. There was NO 'touch of class' visable in your attitude and service!
