empty promises even after dealing a managing director

on the 04th of April 2017 - called Touch H on tbo touch's show ( touch down) and I was their very first caller after the station revamp ( you can imagine the excitement) I was pregnant at that time due in May/june. they were giving away a boost phones but since I was the first caller, Touch said he is also gonna throw me baby shower, boost phone, tickets to the brandy show and access to his shows for the year, since the baby is born they said I will get the boost phone, voucher and the Courvoisier. since that day I never got a call from them but I took it upon myself and followed up. spoke to a couple of people and the last person I spoke to was the managing director Martin, who kept making empty promises, I was soo confident when he took over the matter but to date I have not heard from him unless I call him and he makes another empty promise. I love touch HD but this experience left a bad taste in my mouth. is this how everyone that's ever won a prize on touch HD is treated or its just me?????????
