Misleading Voucher - Trip to Maurituis

I was approached by some lady who from the beginning **** about the reason for her research at a mall in Lenesia - Jhb- in October 2014 and told me she's just making a market research on consumer buying trends as I was loading my groceries in my boot, asked me a few questions and eventually took my numbers just for confirmation that she did speak to me.Few days later I got a call advising me I won a free holiday locally or overseas I must just come and collect it at a venue in lenesia. When I went there It was a 60min presentation of how well they can save on travelling and after we where assigned agents to give quotations, I was supposed to pay R8000 on the spot and about R600 monthly for 24 months to become a member and I refused this offer, was then asked to present my credit card as I highlighted I don't have those funds to just register a decline so that I can be re-invited, to my surpise the debit went through and I was furious how they got that ryt and phoned the bank ryt away to stop this transaction. I got the voucher after long argument and paid a deposit, In short my quotation with free accommodation for 5 adults 1 child 5 days is R67,000, where is the free accomod!
