Misleading marketing

While on vacation in Cape town we were approached by people from Toucan travelling. We were given a voucher and we were told to choose where and when to take free accommodation. We paid the amount that they wanted and given them the dates we want to take the vacation. I was surprised to receive a quote with the following in it:<br> 1. Levy fee=R900.00<br> 2.Breakage fee=R600.00.<br> <br> All these comes with a 100% cancellation fee. I am surprised as we wre informed that this was for free and now we have to pay that amount. How on earth can this company mislead us and the rest of the country. This company needs to be exposed for who they are.
