Last night my husband and I were at a presentation of toucan travel to collect our free holiday voucher which we won through a marketing research scheme. On arrival the agent wanted to sell us timeshares, witch was not mentioned on the phone call from there marketing office to inform us we won n free holiday voucher. After telling the agent we not interested in timeshares.. the agent reply \do you think i gonna give you this offer for free"and he stood up and walk away with a attitude... very unprofessional!!! """
