FREE HOLIDAY ****

<p>I won a Holiday voucher on 12/01/2017 and was advised that it entitles me to two Free Holiday Accomodation locally and internationally for up to 6 people. </p> <p>I have been trying to book the Thailand Holiday but when I request a list of resorts in Thailand I am told there is no list I must select dates and a town.</p> <p> </p> <p>Furthermore I was sent a quote which stated the following :</p> <p>Package 1 R14 020 pp</p> <p>Package 2 R18 065</p> <p> </p> <p>I tehn complained about the price and was sent the following explanation which still boggles me because I am suppossed to be only paying for fligts and taxes. </p> <p>"Dear Mr/s </p> <p>Warm greetings from Toucan Travel!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Kindly note that the voucher only offers you a discount on your accommodation.</p> <p>The quote sent to you is for the return airfares, airport taxes, return airport to hotel transfers, breakfast for the 7 nights at the hotel.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank You"</p> <p> </p> <p>I have since advised that I will be purchasing my own plane tickets but no response has been received since then. My emails have been ignored.</p>
