BAD SERVICE BY WINNIE at Totiusdal Handleshuis Outfitters

Please assist: I went to Totiusdal Handleshuis Outfitters in Waverly on the 2024/01/31 to buy uniform for my daughter, however I was assisted by a Lady that was soooo RUDE she goes by the name of WINNIE , she had no CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL, she INSULTED ME, kept on saying that SHEL SHOW ME, I simply asked for girls trousers the smallest sized for Langenhoven High School, I asked her because she was the one I noticed over the counter, for the fact that I asked for an assistance its like I bothered her, she DIDNT WANT TO DO HER JOB.

I also work with customers and I can tell you that such behaviour in that environment is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!! I humbly ask as a customer that you please take her through the PRINCIPLES OF CUSTOMER SERVICE, AS SHE IS HONESTLY NOT GOOD FOR THE BUSINESS GOING FORWARD.

She never even apologised, she just worked out of the store with her EGO so HIGH.

Please I humbly ask that necessary steps be taken to ensure that this does not happen with other customers going forward.

I am a very UNHAPPY CUSTOMER!!!
