Toti Projects, Tarmac Surfaces. a company based in Durban that advertises on Facebook for driveways ,tar supply, paving, fencing and walls, Run by a Zimbabwean-"Orten". *** He is unprofessional and a bully. Quoted R28000 to do my premises. Hires a truck to remove rubble then demands R2200 which was not agreed on. Then sends slips for sand and cement which I did not approve him to purchase. Failed to do the soil poisoning which was in the quote. Failed to build the drain correctly, and when questioned, he insists its correct. He is a rude and an arrogant person that bullies and intimidates people to pay over this quoted price. He makes threats which i will seek SAPS assistance. Beware of this person and this company. I have all the necessary pictures and reports to show his ***** business activities.
